Welcome to the Ninth Precinct Community Council’s Website. This website is intended to be informative and serve as a resource to the community.

I encourage you to take advantage of the information offered.

The Ninth Precinct is committed to working together with the community in order to Reduce crime, Improve the overall quality of life with in our community, and build better Community relations.

In my opinion the most effective tool we have to accomplish these goals are to keep open existing lines of communication as well as establish new one.

The Ninth Precinct can better serve the community if we are kept informed about the condition’s that concern the community. The information we gain from you enables the Ninth Precinct to better serve the community by directing the necessary resources at the problem brought to our attention. It is difficult to address the problems that we may not be aware exist. We need your input in order to continue to make this community a great place to live, work and entertain.

The monthly Ninth Precinct Community Council meetings are a great place to express your concerns, speak directly to members of the Ninth Precinct, and meet other members of the community.

I encourage you to attend these meetings and see first hand how a strong community can accomplish much more by working together .

The 9th Precinct sponsored a blood drive at the station house ,the event collected 35 Pints of Blood, which since been separated into their componets and distributed to patients in hospitals throught out the area.
